The meals can be swapped across the day without any worries.


If you wish to swap meals across the week however, you will need to make sure that the swap does not exceed your recommended daily calorie intake.


The essential ingredients in the recipes are marked in blue, purple, pink or red colour.


If you have an ingredient that you would like to exclude/replace and is in one of the colours above, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.


If the products are not essential to the recipe you can cook your meals without them or replace them with similar ones.
